Matt 13:17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Lk 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.
Lk 8:11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
“These people have not been given the right to understand because they have rejected what has already been revealed to them by my Father. But, don’t you understand this parable? Can’t you make the spiritual application? My Father has given you the right to understand these things. Think! The seed the sower sowed is the word of God.”
Matt 13:19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
Mk 4:15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.
Lk 8:12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.
“Those by the way side are those who hear the word of the kingdom but do not understand. As soon as they have heard, the wicked one, Satan, the Devil, comes and takes away the word from their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.”
Matt 13:20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
Matt 13:21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
Mk 4:16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
Mk 4:17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.
Lk 8:13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
“Those sown on stony ground are those who hear the word and receive it with joy and gladness. Because they have no root within themselves, however, their belief endures for just a little while. As soon as they are tempted or suffer unpleasantness because of the word, they become offended and fall away.”
Matt 13:22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
Mk 4:18 And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,
Mk 4:19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.
Lk 8:14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.
“Those sown among thorns are they that have heard the word, but other things - the deceitfulness of riches, the cares, pleasures and lusts of this world - choke the word and there is no fruitfulness (birth).”
Matt 13:23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

Lk 8:15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
“Those that were sown on good ground are those that hear the word, understand and receive it with an honest heart, and follow it. They bring forth fruit, patiently; some thirtyfold, some sixtyfold and some an hundredfold.”
